Our Water Exercise Classes are a low-impact, high energy, and strength training water aerobics class. Invigorate your body with the calorie burning effects of water weights, kickboards, and floatation belts.
Classes Held M, W, F at 9 AM.
Cost: $3 per class for a member & $5 per class for a non member
Classes run through Friday, August 13th.
Please note there is a minimum of 7 to host this class.
